2007 Club Car not charging

I replaced the batteries last August. I took it out of storage last week and noticed the battery charger was not on. Bought a new charger and it did not work. Checked loose wiring back to the solenoid. No breaks. Tried charger with jump wire from fuse to #6 with no luck. Ready to replace solenoid, but thought I would ask what you would recommend as a next step.

Charger will not work unless there is a baseline voltage to cue the OBC to tell the charger to start charging. Usually 40-42v or around there. If your batteries haven't been charged in a while, I would check the pack voltage first. See what the reading is. Post it.

Get a 12v charger and hook it up to one of the batteries at a time. This should raise go,rage of batteries individually until pack go,Tate is Hugh enough to kick on charger.

If pack voltage is like 46 or 48v and still doesn't kick on charger start to look at different things.
