Default Replacing pins on Wire Harness

My wire harness for my controller has loose wires and pins. The pins have disconnected from the wires. How do you change out pins on a wiring harness and reconnect them to the wires?

The pins are available from Mouser Electronics. Not sure what the part # is. A special tool is needed to remove the pins, replace the pins, and install the pins.
The harness is available from shopezgo.com

My cart is a Ruff and Tuff, can I use the ezgo harness?
If I decide to repair my harness, do you know what kind of tool is needed?

Columbia ParCar has a kit for our harnesses and Sevcon controllers, part # CVG759811 at a list price of $21.96. It includes 16 pins and the plastic housing.. Don't need an extraction tool that way, as you can just cut all the wires clean. If you just need one pin though, Mouser may be the way to go.

I can’t seem to find the part. Do you have a link?
