Next time You charge and the voltage is up to to 63v, measure each individual battery (while still charging) using a meter set for 2 decimal places of precision (20v scale if not auto).

yah it has never turned off on its own.. i believe the timer is broken but i never let it run that long cause the batteries just bubble really really loud.. i let it run at 63v and its at like 4amps on the meter for maybe 15 minutes

but next time i do it i will take battery readings
