Re: Throttle jerking
We need one of the experts, but if that cart has the molex, check it out. It’s a known problem.
Can you log a file from the Alltrax toolkit with that controller? |

See the third picture on the right in the first post of the above thread. It’s the white connector with four small wires. *i don’t know if pds carts have the molex, or not, but it’s worth checking. Post some pics of under your seat. Don’t zoom in. |

Re: Throttle jerking
I believe I have found the problem. The micro switch in the throttle box is not springing out. Not sure what this switch does. Any chance this could be bypassed some how to tempararly use it?

Re: Throttle jerking
That switch is the final switch in the solenoid activation circuit. The solenoid connection will be made anytime the key is on. Check out the series wiring diagram in the stickies and you’ll see the path. I don’t know enough to know how long the solenoid will last like that. I’d order a replacement right away. I believe they’re pretty easy to source.

Re: Throttle jerking
The broken pedal switch could be causing a controller shutdown for "high pedal disable", for the pedal not showing "at rest" when the key is turned on.
