Default Electric motor wobbling and causing noise

I have a club car 2000s DS I am working on and am having trouble figuring out why the motor is shaking and causing alot of noise at high speeds. Is the armature too worn down and shaking inside? I replaced the bearing, but can't really find out what's cause it to shake so violently. The shaft seems to be not bent. any ideas or previous experience with this?

Welcome to BGW.

I wonder if the balance material dislodged from the armature. I looks like puddy stuck in the winding.

Thank you!

You're probably right with that, it does just seem like it could be a balance issue! I guess we will replace the motor.

Usually the coupler that splines to the input shaft of the transmission is worn and causes this.
The best fix is to replace the motor, but you may end up having to replace the transaxle as well due to wear on the splines of the input shaft. But you also need to check for play in the shaft and make sure the bearings in the axle are not worn out. If the splines on the input shaft are worn you will have the same problem even with a new motor.

If you have the old Kawasaki axle those are next to impossible to find parts for anymore.
