Re: Started life as a Golf Cart
I'm not going to Pageland, couple reasons, I don't really care to {Bracket} race and Oct 3 is the first day of our Plant Outage. We will work 5 weeks, 7 days a week, 10 hours or more a day and since I'm second shift supervisor I have to be there. I'm waiting for the event we will get together here at the New Orlando Drag Strip. A big THANKS to Harvey and Mark, they have had talks with the track owner and he seems to be onboard with a Cart event. So we'll see then, I'm still going to run at that track some on Saturday nights just for fun/test/tune.

Rifter, Man I hate that you ain"t gonna be at Pageland. I've seen/heard that you build some really extreme stuff and was looking forward to seeing the Yami. Maybe another time.

rifter, you come to Texas. You know my money is good. Remember? I don’t consider [bracket racing] racing either. I thought that is why we have classes. We build a dedicated Drag Cart & then we are supposed to bracket race with it. As a good friend would say {chit no} I can bracket race with a 20 year old stock EZ-GO 12 mph top speed. That’s really going to get the crowd fired up enough to be come a NGKRA member. Come on Guys. I joined The NGKRA not the NGKBRA. |

Re: Started life as a Golf Cart
Sorry GB, that's the order that I met everyone. Hope you don't care if I take some of your tried and true ideas and apply them to a gas cart.
