can I swap disc brakes?
I have an electric DS that has front disc brakes. Will the fit a 2006 precedent?

Who are the brakes made by? I would call them and see what extra hardware you might need. Bc I am thinking the front ends are different.

Looks like a Jakes kit, you'll need spindles for a Precedent and the mounting hardware for the master cylinder from Jakes to make it fit. Your better off just buying a complete kit for the Precedent rather than trying to make it work.

The front ends are different, specifically the spindles, I am also unsure how the brake pedals differ. They look similar, but I am not confident the inner workings are identical.

That isn't what I was hoping to hear.... I acquired this cart as a project, but it looks like I won't be able to see it thru. It has a Honda 600 motor in it, but I'm having ignition issues. We are in the middle of moving, and the wife says to make it disappear. Look for it in the classifieds soon!

From picture looks like it could be a JAKES set up??? In all cases you would have to do spindel change or modification at least? I would take good pictures of master cylinder and mounts as well as disc brake assembly with wheel off and send to JAKES for further info.
