I am about to attempt this feat, I am very knowledgeable about golf cart electronics (with some help from my friend). I am curious to find out how long this conversion took?

I did ours last Oct. (2011). Seems to me it took 3-4 hours. I think the golf car repair guys can do them in 1/2 - 2 hours.
