Can be caused by many things but usually because oil level is too high. Ring blow by can also cause it. How old is the motor?

It's an 04 Precedent that was privately owned and seems to be well cared for.

What kind and year cart do you have? With which engine? And where is the fuel pump?

The pulse line going to the fuel pump WILL get oil in it so it is critical that the fuel pump is mounted higher than that, the higher the better. And the pulse line itself needs to have a steady “uphill” run to the fuel pump. If there’s any droop in the pulse line, oil will settle in the line and either block the pulse feed that makes the pump work, or push the oil into the pump as well.

04 Club Car Precedent,,, fuel pump is located on front firewall. Definitely high enough and I did shorten the pulse line to eliminate any low spots.

I’d make sure the oil level isn’t overfilled.

If the cart is lifted then “full” on the dipstick is overfilled by a decent amount.
