Default Driven Clutch

I changed the drive belt on a friends 92 club car when i pulled on the belt the driven clutch pulley separated with little effort the cart pulls ok the only thing I've noticed is it does not drive away from a stop smoothly it just jumps and takes off. I have a 2000 club car and I can not separate the driven clutch at all by hand so my question is should I replace or rebuild the driven clutch on the 92 or let it eat untill it starts becoming a problem? Thanks in advance JC

Something's not right, put the cart in maintenance mode and watch to see if the clutches transition smoothly. This however is under no load conditions so it might behave differently with a driver on board. You might also just do a visual check on the spring and pucks or alternately pull the clutch off and overhaul it. It only takes a few minutes to get it out.
CPP have all the parts you might need to rebuild it.
