Default club car xrt 1550 rearend locker issues

Got a xrt1550 (sx0709-732164) that the rear locker in the differential keeps slipping. It startes to slip when running full speed for a minute. I thought it may have been the clutch slipping but I visually confirmed the drive shaft spinning full speed while it was acting up. If you let off the accelerator the the shaft will slow enough and you can hear and feel it lock back in then you can go full speed again. It had the proper oil and level in it so that wasn't the issue as i have seen happen before. I tore it all apart to inspect the clutch pack inside the locker and the faces did not apear to be worn out so i don't think that is the issue. The springs that put pressure on the plates seemed to be a little weak I could compress them about a 1/4in with just my fingers. Has anyone seen these springs wear out or give someone trouble. Any tips or ideas on this one? Thanks

I have an 08' CC 1550SE that the rear end is slipping on. They want 650$ for the whole assembly. Will it hurt to weld the clutch mechanism (ASM) to make a posi-track?

Did anyone ever resolve or find a cure for this issue with the XRT1500? I am having the very same problem.

Very common problem. I always replace the entire carrier when this happens.

Hey. Did anyone ever resolve this? Just tore this one down. It looks perfect inside? Like brand new. So confused.

You're not going to be able to visibly see the problem. The clutches in the differential have lost their ability to perform. The carrier needs to be replaced and the differential needs to be filled with Mobil 424 hydraulic oil.

Exactly which part is it that needs to be replaced?(part number, name) Where can I get it and how much does it cost? Do you have a parts diagram?
