any chance you can get a pic of how the oil filter mounts is it triangular bolt pattern 3 bolt like mine?

Mine came that way also.

I don't think you can flip the mount over.

The oil filter mount that made4mudd357 is refering to sticks straight out. It will make contact with the driven clutch. I'm sure he can get a replacement from Briggs. I will have to see if I can find #.

Oil filter adapter that you need is # 1028 ID # 808033 $39.19 from Tulsa Engine Warehouse.

thanks clay boy mine hit the belt direct first im gunna see how my remote set up works worse comes to worse i buy the other one thanks for the help mount is made and jsut waiting to make filter set up my friend is cutting the plates on his plasma cutter
