Just a little sneak peak. Block was right on when he suggested to fiberglass the inside and Bondo the outside for finishing. I had a 8" long crack where you see most of the bondo...worked great so far and very strong. I started with automotive paint but it turns out that I really suck at painting with a sprayer...runs galore so I changed it and used rustoleum 2x paint and primer for plastic both base color and clear coat. I think it came out pretty good with only a little orange peel. I'll just have to keep wet sanding...cart is still in a million pieces. I'm waiting on the clutch bushings. The company that I ordered them from told me that Yamaha only sent them one of them and I ordered 2 so they're waiting to get the other one and then they'll ship them to me. I was pissed.

It's actually a little darker color then the pictures shows. I think the sunlight makes it look more smurf blue but I still like the color.
