Default Body swap - gas to electric

Hey guys, was looking for al ittle input here. I have a lifted, custome painted gas club car DS, and converted to 48v electric cart. I swapped the suspension and the front body, but the rear tub from the gas cart does not fit well on the electric one. I know the gas cart was a 92, and i think the electric one is a late 90's. Anyone know how to get this body to fit right?

Rear tub? What do you mean by that?

Just for a little clarification...

You just swapped the lift kit, and body from the 92 gas cart, to the late 90's electric cart, Is this correct???

It should fit... BUT...
Club Car made a lot of changes from 96 to 97, so I'm not exactly sure if the body supports changed from 92 to 98'ish, or not!

Yes,

The issue I am having is where the seats bolt up, there is quite a gap, and the side of the body will not slide into the channels on the side by the floor. The electric body fit on the gas cart without incident.

Is one of the bodies fiberglass and one of them plastic? If so, that's your issue. Gas/Electric is irrelevant.
