The One Day Western
I started up a side business building custom golf carts, doing lithium conversions, and restoring older carts.
I got this customer a screaming deal on a ‘90’s Western. She is going to surprise her husband today for his 50th birthday. I replaced the windshield with one from a club car, so I had to cut it to fit. I repainted the emblems, the drink tray, and had to repaint and repair the front bumper. I fixed the upholstery on the back seat bottom and a wiring issue with the headlights. I removed the chrome trim and scraped and polished away the adhesive remnants. Came out great for one day of work! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: The One Day Western
I have two of these carts now I've had up to 4 at one time I love them so much. Shouldn't be from the early to mid 2000's the 90's westerns had a different body style. Those wheels also tell me mid 2000's year. Hard to see in photos but if there is a VIN stamp on the bottom right of windshield (Facing the cart) then the cart was equipped with the NEV package and if you lift up the front power hood you'll see the large sticker with year on it.
Another helpful tip the chrome grill and headlight surrounds will usually clean up with some fine brillowpads with lots of water and soap try in a hidden area first. I always clean that up right when I get a new one. Nice job with the work if you every need any cosmetic parts like the chrome trim (available on amazon) or the cup holders (from an early 2000 Ford) I can try and help. |
