Default Ezgo txt 48v with 1268 ITS harness AC Conversion

Hello

I am new to golf cars but ventured to do the AC conversion on my 2011 ezgo txt 6 seater. All was going well until unplugged the oem harness into the navitas 600 amp controller from a 5kw AC conversion. Forward was reverse and reverse was forward. I made a bad decision based on reading the forums to
Cut the to wires in the pinout referencing reverse and forward in to (orange and blue pin out 10 and 11) but now the golf cart will not move at all. Thoughts or recommendations? The only other weird thing I noticed is the profile on the controller says something referencing club car when this is an ezgo.

I don't know the 6 seater in details but, is it possible the rear axle is mounted in opposite direction like on Clubcars? The Navitas settings incl. Reverse Encoder Direction / Reverse Motor Axle Direction. I'd solder the wires back and try this.

I wish I would have asked before I cut those wires. Well it did work. problem now is that the rocker switch is only reading when I put it in fwd but not reverse. Could I have damaged the switch or did I damage the controller by swapping the inputs? Any other troubleshooting advice?

I don't see how the switch could have been damaged.

Did solder the wires back together?
