Thought I had it
I need the engine torque specs for the old 341 Flathead

There were about 500,000 of these engines built somebody has to have the repair manual....? Well I couldn't find the info on the net? Guess I will have to go with torque recommendations for specific size bolts?

cylinder bolts 25-29 '' ''
connecting rod bolts 29-30 '' ''
side cover bolts 14-16 '' ''
flywheel nut 60-65 '' ''
spark plug 15-20 '' ''
crankcase bolts 14-16 '' ''
cylinder head shroud 8-10 '' ''
engine mounting nuts 25-30 '' ''

Anything else ?

Great information. I am just ready to put my ole 91 KF82 back together and need the valve clearance spcifications.

Manual says .004 to .008 clearance.

Is that on both valves? .004 to .008 or .004 intake and .008 exhaust. Sorry to be so specific. Just wanting to be sure. Thanks

I would guess the lack of a reply would indicate there is no bolt in replacement.
To bad. What is the strongest later club car that sits low like the DS? I need low for going across steep hills laterally.

yes! can you tell me what the pto shaft diameter is for this motor? A friend and I are replacing one on a "91 CC and want to use the stock clutch/torque converter system! ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks! God Bless!
