Noises fixed! Thanks cgtech!
I replaced the armature bushing as well as cleaned and torqued the hub nuts on my Drive and now it sounds like a brand new cart. Thanks cgtech for your knowledge and info. Reading the board I knew what to expect and how do it so I was able to know it out in no time. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the weight of the motor!thankfully I still have all of my digits.

Just did the same thing on my cart. Noises are gone. I hope it's permanent.

Saw the video. Mine sounds just like that but only when a hard stop is being applied. I wonder if that's what I need.......

Is that an armature bushing or brushes?

Yes! Got noise? This is a good place to start. Often neglected maintenance point. Grease too! Glad this made it to the top. No one wants to tackle this one, "too hard". Do it! Thanks for the awesome pics for what your gonna see. Too bad no "rusty splines" to back it up! Grease schedule is once every 4 years.
