Default Top for Jacobsen Hauler?

Did the Hauler and Workhorse come with tops? Where would I find a complete top kit? Used only? Would a top from a TXT fit?

Thanks StoveBolt! I was looking at photos on the net and it seemed like they were the same. I see the rear supports on yours are straight and on a TXT they are curved. I have seen some Workhorse models with curved rear supports though, maybe they will interchange?

Any pics of the rear supports close up? It looks like some attach to the rear seat?

I just installed two on my 2000 workhorse but its at my shop. I can get a picture later today if you want. The ones on the TXT will not work on rear as StoveBolt said. These were close to $200 shipped but I had to have them.

Supports depend on which seat is installed. Older models the brackets attached to the body and frame. On these the seat back flipped up with the main seat. Newer models used a different bracket to mount the seat back and supports to. Which one do you have? You can go to the new style if you wish

On a TXT the seat back and supports hook to the golf bag brackets.

Well I didn't get a pic, but I can verify that the entire seat and seat back comes off for engine access. So I guess I'm looking for a top and supports that will fit this machine. I can even fabricate the rear supports if need be.

Would a TXT top be the correct size? Would the front supports match up?

Yes front top strut is the same as TXT as with top .

Here is a factory rear struts. I didn't want to make two because of the bends in the tubing so I just paid the price for both both left and right sides. Cost me close to $200 but for me it was worth it.
