Older parcar neutral question
I recently bought an older model parcar and it broke down. That is another issue, my concern is that I cannot move the cart, there seems to be no neutral to push it. The only way I can move it is with engine running and turning the key to F or.R. Is there any way to disengage this so we can move it? I know it's vague on the details but any help is appreciated! I'm glad to find this forum for future reference, thanks!
