throttle rod problems
i was following the sticky for speed and extended the rod fully it is now pushing to far that as soon as the key is turned it wants to start. nothing was said in the post about adjusting it so it would turn it on either. just wondering if something is different with mine or is it common for people to have to adjust it to a moderate position

Re: throttle rod problems
Yes, you are correct in your findings. A moderate adjustment short of auto-run is what is called for. Remember moderation in everything, including moderation

Re: throttle rod problems
Same thing happened to a buddies cart that I did that to...
Turn both ends in a 1/2 turn, reinstall the rod and test, Still not good enough? Do it again, and again until the engine shuts off. |
