i just completed my over haul the only advivse i can give is to take your time pay attention also while u r in their replace everything . im reinstalling my motor today the guys on this site are priceless when it comes to information good luck

pulled the motor today and I think i am going to replace one seal on the Clutch side and put it back in till i have the bucks to get the hole Rebuild kit. the crankshaft bearings are bad. Not a good time to put out $375 with xmas next week...... the cart runs good, why?

WHY ? if crank bearing are bad and 1 seal is bad WHY not the other ? your trying to short cut a serious problem but it's a case of pay me now or pay allot later. We all would like to know how this turns out. Keep us posted.

K I understand just let us know how this turns out. Was just saying if you have the engine out replace the flywheel side also. Then maybe a short fix and lock tight them in with a little blue no red about a $7.00 temp fix I suppose. Maybe but I sure hope you don't spit the crank out of it. Cases WOW

I was not going to do the flywheel side cuz i was thinking i would spit the crank pulling the flywheel
