2004 Precedent Backfiring

Our precedent backfires after letting of the gas coming to a stop. I have the driven clutch machined, k&n air filter, jetted, rev limiter bypassed. I changed back to the stock jet but still back firing after running about 3200rpm. Any help would be great.

sounds like the butterfly is not fully closing like you adjusted the acc. cable too tight to gain higher rpm's
