Roady,they show a different part # for a Predator.
Part# 36607-gx3

Yea, I was thinking the predator has a different taper. Not much different but enough to not fit correctly. Not sure why they changed it.

Do you have any pics? maybe on the forum....Is the carrol stream a Lifan or Loncin?

Thats ok. Didn't really need the engine and didn't really want to get rid of my mudlites. With that many hours I would have rebuilt the engine anyways for peace of mind.
