Default chopping a G22 A Roof

Has anyone "lowered" their roof? My cart is too high overall to fit in my enclosed cargo trailer.

Just looking for some ideas on how to do this...

Yep. Sure have. About $20.00 at the hardware store and an hour or two of time, you can build your own.

How much did you cut out? Can you still fold up the front windshield?

I have a G9 an i used a ClubCar roof and supports. I had to modify the supports. I heated them up and bent them the way i wanted and repainted it. Came out nice!

The swing brackets drops the top by at least 5 to 6 inches lower.

I don't know what your supports look like.
But, I figure you might could cut the tubing at the bottom and drill new holes for bolts?

Or, cut it in straight place and reweld the tube back. If the ends don't aloow you to simply cut.
But you need a welder and a can of paint.
