Default Cushman won't charge

Hello, I have an electric 36v cushman that I am trying to get going again. It does need new batteries soon but it was still running for about three hours and then it started to stop and go. Took it back to the charger to revive a little and the charger would not kick on and I thought that the batteries were just to low to start the charger so I individually charged them and now the cart will not move at all with full charge. I noticed that the resistors were pretty hot the weekend before. Any suggestions on where to start to figure this thing out to get it going again. Thanks in advance.

Check for broken connections on the resistors.
