98 gas club car wont fire (start)

did a compression test and had 30lbs...had a stuck valve,pulled it apart cleaned and reset, 145lbs.running great now. Thanks to all for all.Excellant site,Great people lots of help.Thanks again,Dave

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'll look for the clogged muffler since it's the easiest place to start, but Just a couple of questions on the other ideas.

Exhaust valve issue: is it a mess to work on, and are special tools required?

Timing issue: same as before..... Hard to deal with? special tools or parts needed?
