i beleive he said fuel bowl is full so its getting to the carb but plug isn,t getting wet so problem has to be in carb somewhere........................

Yep... your right Tom, BUT... if the fuel isn't getting beyond the needle and seat, it may just localize it!

Pull air box hose off carb and turn it over and spray just a little either in the carb and it should hit? If it does the problem is in the carb.

don,t use reg. starting fluid....bad......use carb cleaner ......still not good but not as bad......................
