Default Ingersoll Rand Gas Engine?

Looking at puchasing the above cart. Anyone have or know about the
Ingersoll Rand Engine. It's a 09 Precedent. Any comments would
be appreciated. Thanks Frank

You mean the cart in your avatar Frank ? If so, built by Ingersoll Rand but the engine is a Kawasaki. Bullet proof if properly maintained. Check as you would anything for any unusual noises, smoke from the exhaust, oil leaks etc. If the oil is clean that's a reasonable sign that it's been at least recently serviced. Also check the belts, steering for slop, that the brakes are pulling her up straight and the park brake functions correctly. That's pretty much it. Good luck

Chris.

AND... for an 09 Precedent, most likely the engine is an FE350, 11.5 hp., (standard is an FE290 9.5 hp)
The FE350 is a good strong engine!

How can you tell if it's an FE290 or an FE350? check the sticker on the engine shroud... it'll tell you!
