Ez go running but....

Ez go gas 295 robins. Finally got it running. A project cart that was not running that I bought from someone. However it runs better without the air filter installed. The air intake box is clean and no obstructions. Thoughts?

Also I feel as if the RPMs should be hight when throttle is pressed fully. Any way to adjust engine speed? THanks.

First check to see if the throttle is opening all the way, for more speed you can adjust the governor by tightening the nut on the end of this spring above the rear-end..
