I have a manual for a 1976 which for some reason contains both carburetors. Let me see if I can dig it up and find the exact spec. Unless someone else beats me to it.
That said as I recall the BV24 as fitted to the 1988 model had HO (high output) stamped on it. Dave |

Dave, is this the manual you're referring to? I found this with a LOT of digging some time ago, I just looked at the carburetor section (it lists both types) and I have the BV24. |

I have a Ezgo Marathon the guy that sold it to me said it was a 88, but the serial number plate says its a 86. Trying to find the name of the part that holds the starter and the muffler onto the engine. Mine has split in two and can't find it on a shrive manual.

Post pictures of the entire cart, the data tag, and the muffler. It makes a difference.

Whatever year it is I highly doubt you'll be able to find replacement mounts, you'll probably need to have the ones you've got welded back together. My 85 was the same way, it's no biggy to have them repaired
