I already use NEOS software, but I formatted my laptop and when I installed the program again It didn't work. The CANUSB lights green when I open the program and read some parameters in the Tuning but gives an Error in diagnosis, I attached screenshots for the program and device manager. What is the problem? I checked on two different laptops and 2 controllers and got the same problem!

Hi there, not if this post is still being monitored but i am having an issue with connecting to my cart. The carts on I've plugged Canusb into the cart and the laptop. The lights on the CANUSB don't stay on they just flash 2 or 3 times but once i launch the application it takes a while and then brings up the normal main screen and everything has colour so that means it made connection but when i click on monitor, nothing loads for a while and then when it does eventually load it comes up with an error "CAN Reception Time"

Can anyone help I've tried just about everything except changing the CANUSB.

If I am understanding correctly - it starts to load parameters from the cart into your computer, you get the progress bar, but it errors out before completing.

Some carts do that - you just have to keep retrying until it gets to 100% meaning it loaded everything without error.

I've seen it take a good 8 tries before getting it right...
