davidgolfer, to hit 34 MPH with your RXV is awesome. I have a 2014 RXV. I am on the list for when Bob comes around my area. Have you done anything extra besides Bob programming it? I was told to upgrade the battery cables to 2 GA. And nothing else. I am in the process of doing that now. How tall are your tires? Mine are 21.5" tall street tires.

Mine would go 24mph on the flat before Bob came. Freedom mode with 20" tires. Bob got me to 34mph now, very happy. I haven't upgraded my cables yet but plan on it.

ok. mine should be very similar then. thank you. I mis-typed the tire size. they are 20.5". 205/40-14 Around 34/35 MPH would be awesome.

Simple question. Do you connect the converter to the battery and then to the fuse block? I have the same fuse block and just got my converter in. I just want to make sure I connect them up properly. Thanks!

Mine went

1 wire to battery +, one wire to battery -, one wire to ignition +, and +/- for fuse block.

Ignition off kills power to the whole system and ignition on turns everything on.

The fuse lock is used to protect any 12 volt accessories connected to convertor.
Output side of convertor.
Convertor itself is connected to/ powered by battery pack.
Key switched wire powers on or off convertor power coming from carts battery pack.
Hope that helps 😊
