What did you do to/for your EZGO today?

what did you make that out of?

The material is corrugated plastic. It's like plastic cardboard, and called Coruplas (sp?). Easy to work with, color is throughout. Think of an election sign on those wire stakes.

I was being mean to my mci engine and returned it to stock position. I had the LVS cam and the HD valve springs in my new MCI head. I took all that out and put it in stock condition. It was noisy with the cam and springs. It had clicks....now. smoooothh as a babiies bottom....That's what I did, pulled the head and carb and removed/replaced parts to make it as the designer wanted it. SLOW

I made my first post on BGW. Cart will never be the same after this site is through with it. I also took it for a spin around the neighborhood a couple of times with my one year old niece.

I tuned up my cart, built a rear footrest and made some small fender flares to keep me clean.
