Re: Headlight kit for G2
Am I sensing some G8 envy here
I don't really care for those generic out of the box square headlights. Is there any others on the market that would fit that aren't so square and that have integrated turn signals |

The new guy I've been trying to find the headlight bezels you have and can't find them. Do you remember where you got them.

Re: Headlight kit for G2
I had the same problem with the new style headlights vibrating so much so, that at night I thought I'd have a seizure. It was very irritating, so I tried the fender washer method. It was better but the lights still vibrated too much plus I figured that the washers and the vibration would eventually break the plastic. I then welded up a couple of T shaped brackets using angle iron for the top and 3/4" square for the post. The angle iron was turned so that the top of the T supported the flimsy plastic on the bottom of the headlight. I then ran the light mounting bolt through the new bracket and attached the 3/4"post to the frame. Now she is solid

Re: Headlight kit for G2
Hey Gang, just bought a G9 and am looking for a headlight kit. In my search I went to E-bay and it seems that there's two kinds of kits. One for the G2/G9 and another for others. The kits look the same but there's quit a difference in price as well as shipping. Any chance someone would have the time to explain to me the difference in the two kits. Will the less expensive one work on the G9? Does anyone have a suggestion on what would make the best kit for my G9. Thanks in advance. Great site you boys have created here.

Re: Headlight kit for G2
I never wanted to cut my cart so i always mounted them to the brush guard. Make sure you always ground back to your battery no matter what lights you get. Never ground to the motor or frame.
