Default 2003 TXT Stopped

Hey guys... I've got a 2003 TXT series cart that I have modified to become 48v. In the build I installed a HD f/w switch, upgraded cables, a Kilovac relay, a Logisystems 700a controller, and a Delta onboard charger.

A few weeks ago, when gently applying pressure to the pedal, the cart suddenly stopped. In reading threads last week, I became convinced the issue was the relay... it wouldn't click when the pedal was pressed. After ordering another Kilovac EV200 and installing it yesterday, I turned the key and heard the usual "click"/felt the cart's wheels turned when the accelerator pedal was pressed. Thinking it was repaired, I prepared to take it out on the road and when I pressed the pedal... nothing (no click from the solenoid/no movement). I'm right back to where I was before.

At this point, I'm sure that I'll need to go step by step checking things. Question I have is "where do I start and where do I go first, second, third, etc.?" Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Since your cart is heavily modified we have no diagram to point the way.
Start in the control wire system, insure you have power to the key and F&R switch as well as both + and - to the rev contactor and solenoid activation circuits when you ask the cart to go...... if no problem there look at the ITS throttle signal.

Thanks... though it's modified, the only major change in the system was the charging system and the relay. From what I can recall, everything else was mostly just replacing apples with apples.

Does the solenoid click when you try to go? ...here is the OEM solenoid activation circuit.

There should be battery pack (+) at each end of every red line when you try to go. start at the charger (or battery connection) and see where your power fails.

Just that one time after I got the new one installed yesterday. The Kilovac relay has two lugs on top (A1/A2) and a couple of wires running out of it (red/black). There's no resistor involved.

Ok... I've got full voltage all the way to where it plugs in to the controller. I also jumped the solenoid and the wheels began turning. What now... bad solenoid again?

I got a new 48 volt solenoid yesterday... going to try it probably tomorrow and see if that's the issue.

Did the new solenoid fix the problem?
