Default HD springs are bending

Heavy duty 4 leafs are starting to bend at the eye and they are almost flat Does anybody know the weight load on the original springs they said the 4 leaf were good for another 500lbs. I am thinking of going with trailer springs has any body done this. I found them 27long 1"3/4 wide in load ratings up to 500 lbs to 3000lbs.
Thanks

I think I an going to give these a try
http://www.easternmarine.com/double-...spring-una-141 or these
http://www.easternmarine.com/double-...spring-una-210 I don't know if its the weight or the torque of the motor that's bending them. should of went with lithium lol. I know me and my wife are about 500lbs my son is 100lbs and I got almost 700lbs of batteries. I also was doing some hard launches wheels off the ground maybe that was it.

Wish I would have seen this earlier. That's a great price for springs!

I don't have near the battery weight with just 48v I don't think but I had 2 leave and I put a 27 gallon sprayer in the bed and the bent in reverse after a year. I put similar 4 leafs to what you have and I have not had issues yet. Then again I don't have the battery weight nor the torque. MY new high torque PQ ships tomorrow but still won't have enough torque to wheelie. Would love to hear if those springs are a easy swap

I bought OEM HD springs for my '98 TXT. I have 8 T-105s and routinely ride with four people under 200 pounds each, without problem.

I'm probably wrong, I've looked at your picture multiple times now and I only count 3 leafs on those springs?
