Thanks all. That battery is installed correctly but the sticker is different. I took a close up pic for you. Also I took these pics and readings 24 hours after sitting. Would that one battery fix the problem? The charger acts like it wants to charge but doesn't move the needle too much. Is that because those 6.5 batteries are charged fully and it thinks it's all fully charged?

Ok Jeff, I think I can stand corrected on this one.
It's really hard to see and with that label issue it seemed rotated.
If I look at it one way I see a + and the other way a -

Yes that excessive hard load on that one battery could have done it in,
especially if it is an older battery.
It is below 10% on the state of charge chart so that is not good.
You may have damaged a cell or two and now it won't pass current.
The charger wants to charge to a full pack voltage and that battery could be keeping it from doing that.
I think it is toast. See if you can find a used one!
I can't be real sure about the date codes on them and some seem mixed.
How old are they?
I am not going to suggest standalone charging on that battery as it may be a safety issue.

If you have a 6 volt charger you can charge them individually. If not you can charge two 6 volt with a 12 volt charger as long as they're wired in series.not sure if your total voltage of 36.9 would be enough to run the cart very long, but it seems it should do something. What is your reading across the the entire pack?

Thanks guys. I didn't do the total charge for the whole series but I sill today. That one battery that is low has a terminal that is pretty melted. I'm thinking a new battery might help. What should the total voltage of the series be?

38.22 100% charge
36.3 50% charge (this should be the lowest voltage to go down to before recharge)
34.5 10% really low dead pack, battery damage occurring.

I agree with Raystar on the one battery. Didn't realize it was melted. I would discard it. As he mentioned you might find a good used battery at a dealer. Your good batteries will pull down to compensate for a bad battery so make sure you get a good one.

That's great news Jeff!

Now please put some correct battery hold down hardware in there!

That rubber bungee strap is not going to hold those batteries in place if you tump it!
