2011 ezgo 48 volt reed switch bypass

I have a 2011 elec EZGO 48 volt. Need to bypass Reed switch because no power getting to key switch. How do I do it? Pic attached of my Charging Receptical showing the color of the wires...reed.jpg

Has no Reed switch. But you can check for power from blue wire. Should be power from port side when charger not plugged in.
