Default Delta Q Video - What do these lights mean?

This is a 72 volt Delta Qui Q on-board charger on a Cushman cart. One day it charged fine. Used it briefly for 2 days and plugged it in as always to re-charge.

The charge light (green) on the bulkhead did not come on as usual. So I bypassed it and plugged in directly to the charger and this is what it did - no indication of charging here either.

Any tips or hints would be appreciated. Of course this is 6 weeks past the 2 year warranty.

That indicates that it is charging at full power (5 bars). As charge nears completion, it will drop down 4, 3, 2, 1, then green light. From what I see, it's working perfectly.

If it sits at the top light and doesn't come down, there is an issue.

If it flashes one of the top two amber lights and never comes down there is an issue

If the batteries get real hot and the amber light stays at the top and flashing, there is an issue.

And if it flashes the red light, there is an issue

Thanks for the info. What was confusing me was this cart/charger has a remote LED that flashes green at two different speeds - indicating bulk charge at first, and "finishing" charge as it "tops off." This remote green LED stopped working, and I assumed it worked in conjunction with the green LED on the charger - hence wasn't charging if both it and the green lights on the charger were both dark.

But apparently that isn't the case, and the green LEDs on the charger don't light up when first plugged in - as the remote green LED does. They light up after the two phases of charging are complete.

So I guess that all I have wrong is that the remote LED light has burned out or the connection is messed up somehow.

Thanks again.
