how this cart was working before? motor is apper to be on this cart originaly, and wiring harness too. the controller was new and not mounted in the cart. how the cart was running without brake system? I was thinking that motor is used for brake to stop the cart. witing harness connector have 26 pins. the controller have same socket.
I cannot take pic of cart right now i'll do tomorow. I tryed to explain what I have in picture attached. I was wiring everything like in that diagram.

Your first task is going to be to find the label on the frame and look up the serial number on eBay. You must determine which chassis it is that you have.

If the cart is a series or sepex cart, you will need to get a new controller and wire it accordingly.

If the cart is an RXV, you will need to find the proper rear axle with the 3 phase motor, then begin gathering the rest of the parts you will need to finish it out.

The Danaher controller RXV has a 23 pin connector. A Curtis controller RXV has a 35 pin connector. So we need to know what it is that you have before we can help you.

I mean look up the serial number on the E-Z-GO site, not eBay.

mrvan I think you need to decide how much time and money you want to put into your cart.

For starters your going to need a good used running motor price?

Resistor, Resistor Control Assembly price?

Maybe a Controller price?

I think you can get a good used resistor. resistor control assembly, and controller for $350.00-$400.00.

Motor I don't know but that will give you an idea what your starting to look at for cost.

I think he may be needing more than just the motor... The transaxle (rear axle assembly) may have been swapped out. I don't know that the RXV motor is compatible with the transaxle that he has. I have a spare RXV transaxle that is missing the motor, but I don't have a spare RXV motor to put on it for him.
It would be a lot easier to rebuild his RXV as an RXV than to try to convert it into a series or sepex cart. The throttle and brake are so different between them that it would not be economically feasable.

I seen a running 2009 RXV for $900 yesterday while I was looking at other vehicles. Had I brought my trailer with me, I would have bought it in a heartbeat. It belonged to one of the servicemen at the base I visited. It's not easy to get on-base anymore. Visitor security has tightened greatly since I used to work at these facilities. Now it can take up to 6 months to pass the background check just to get on-site to pick up a purchase.
