remember that your 14" wheels will rob torque....so don't be surprised about the possible sluggish feel off the line. Also, the RXV brake may become an issue for you, as it was not designed for such an application. While the brake is serviceable, depending how the cart is driven, may prompt a purchase of front brakes...this circles back to consideration of a lift. Freedom mode with larger diameter tires will provide a ton of momentum. What I'm getting at is that large tires and top speed, undersized brake and children driving all can make for some serious considerations.
