No need to pull tie rod from spindle. Just loosen up the jam nuts. Might want to check a couple YouTube videos that walk you through the process

I took some measurements. Front of tire (center to center) is 39.75" and rear of the tire is 41.875". I didn't believe it at first so I measured again..total of 4 times... and sure enough the measurements are correct. Given this big difference I am sending to the shop. Does this big a difference give any indication that this is more than a Toe-In problem?

Thanks

YES! There should be about 1/8" or .125" of an inch difference [wider on the back]. Now you just have to loosen the jam nuts on the tie rod ends and turn the rods to adjust to specs. 10 min job max. I am surprised a shop would send a cart out that far out of adjustment.

2" of toe in will definitely make the vehicle feel dangerous. Get the toe in adjusted correctly and you will feel much better about it.

So, did you get the front end adjusted? Did it help with the handling?

I finally decided to take it to the shop and they put in new control arm bushings. Drives much better now but I think I can further improve it further by changing tires and wheels. Going to a smaller tire and wheel may help according to what I've read on here. Every little bit helps so I am going to try that. I haven't remeasured the toe-in yet but apparently my measurements were incorrect and the toe-In was ok since they didn't adjust it.

I have learned a lot from those that posted/replied and sincerely appreciate all the help I received. When I get new tires and wheels I will post the results but due to budgetary constraints that may be a few months. LOL

Thanks again

Try to find a friend having smaller wheels and install them on your cart; it would quickly and surely answer to all your questions in less than an hour and for free...

If it's still not driving properly, my bet is the toe in adjustment is still not correct whether they checked it or not. I drive a lifted RXV with 23" All Terrain tires every day and if the toe in is not 1/8" it would be all over the road.

Wow! Thanks for those replies. Given your replies, I will adjust or have the Toe-In adjusted.

Many Thanks
