If the plunger is going all of the way through the ITS sensor with the pedal down, the plunger position with the pedal up may be maladjusted.
Here is how it should be adjusted for a series drive cart. Disregard the voltages listed on Pg-2, they are for a stock (Curtis 1206) controller. Voltages for an Alltrax SPM controller is 10V up and 6V down. |

I have the same diagrams and thought similarly. On pedal down, it extends about 1/8 inch beyond the back plane. This weekend I will:
1. Reset the auto cal and re-test. 2. Adjust plunger to drawing specs and re-test. 3. Change out ITS and re-test. Thank you and Scottyb for your continued support. |

Cleared the auto cal and now I have 100% on pedal down. Problem solved.
