Scotty, if only, and i would be in heaven. Unfortunately Atlanta traffic sucks and the wife wants to be closer to work so it’s a done deal. We do have a boat we keep at a marina on a local lake so at least I have that to unwind with.

If you had that thing on a trailer cruising with a for sale sign around The Villages here in Central FL this time of year, you might get $7000-$8000.
