what are these holes for?
Can anybody tell me why the DS front spring retainer has these 2 holes? Is it used to mount a tow bar accessory?

Yes Todd it's for the tow bar or front receiver hitch attachment

Can somebody tell me the diameter of the hole that is closest to the front of the cart? (The second largest hole in the plate.)
