You'll have to remove the environmental cover that the Run/Tow switch is mounted on, to get to the controller and solenoid. Two bolts in plain sight on top, two hidden ones at the bottom. Might have to pry on it a boit if it have never been off.

Is this a new install or has this controller worked with this cart before. If its new I might suspect that you have a 48v controller being used in a 36v cart.
