That is a high speed & torque motor, sorta wound for improvements both ways, lots of variables, I guess is why you hear suggestions for a motor with a little more torque for a hilly area. If you have a cart with a full load of passengers you want as much of both to cover the amount of load and work required to get up the hill reasonably quick.
