88 CC- high heat buildup in v glide
88 model club car
6 newish batteries 1 yr old wire resistors small tires utility bed on back pulling dead lawnmower and v glide overheated and melted replaced v glide, it overheated replaced v glide again, replaced solenoid, and most main heavy wires with 4ga. except Vglide to resistors, adjusted wiper to cover pad. now this glide is getting hot too just yard driving rear wheels off ground motor pulling 20-25 amps after spike yard driving with 1 person 70-80 amps after spike all connections are tight I'm wanting to upgrade the motor and new controller but not enough $$ right now. This cart has an extra wire (red) from glide to resistors, I'm guessing that's granny low? compared to pictures I've seen on the net. Any other ideas? Thanks, |
