2011 Precedent OBC checks out but still does not operate

I was driving last night with the lights on. They flickered then went out (aftermarket). Then the cart just died. I pushed it home and have checked the OBC by the notes here on buggiesgonewild. It seems to have passed the tests, but the cart is still inoperable. I checked to see if there was power to the switch and detected none. I also charged the batteries and the meter reads them at 50.4. I don't know what else to do. I can follow directions, but am in no way an electrician. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like You blew the main fuse.

If You are using a voltage reducer for your 12v lights, make sure it is not being powered by the key switch.

The main fuse is located on the bottom of the "control" aluminum heat-sink mounting plate that is located on the back of the battery compartment.

Here is a picture with the 2 center batteries removed and the panel "folded" into the battery compartment.

The screwdriver is pointing to the fuse holder:

You can access the panel without removing the batteries by removing the protective "environment" cover from under/behind the cart:
